I stayed for 1 night in a Queen Room on the 2nd floor. The location was perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were really clean with comfy beds. I appreciated the cedar ceilings which added a nice touch. It's a great spot for a casual stay 🌟

The friendly locals in the pub provided a warm atmosphere, making it a good spot to unwind after a day of exploring, complemented by some of the best chicken wings I've had in a long time.

Very comfortable king size bed.
Could hear people walking in the hall outside, and the room could have been in better shape (clean)

The scenery. The town, The mountains
Hot tub was broken! Pool was closed, receptionist told us it was open - we walked over and were turned away. Older ski lodge - good for the winter maybe. Was loud - heard plumbing all night and noisy neighbors.

A good stay in Revelstoke
The hotel is centrally located. The friendly staff were helpful .
Be prepared for potential noise from neighbors, especially if you're on the ground floor, as the soundproofing could be better. Parking was also a bit challenging at times.

Revelstock town is a small but excellent town on the verge of Canadian Rockies The location of the hotel is excellent. We made an overnight stop in this hotel on the way to Banff. We could have spent a whole week .... The hotel has an attached pub/bar and they serve excellent local beer and food.
Although the hotel rooms are very specious and ideal for large family, the bathroom was slightly dated.

Pleasant hotel, magnificent location on the hill and amicable staff. A private safe, central heating and an electronic key card available in the double room. Lots of appetising food. Friendly check in & the service was friendly. Everything good.

Lack of hanging space!!! The lobby feels stuck in the past!!! Noise from upstairs guests made for a restless night!!!

They held a beach volleyball tournament at the forecourt during our stay... Amazing to see against the backdrop of the beautiful Columbian mountains! Impressed at the efforts the hotel had gone to in hosting the event eg shipping in tons of sand and creating a beach atmosphere. Staff were also mindful that guests were not disturbed by the activity and were very friendly and helpful.
For some reason, electrical items would not charge properly from mains.

The hotel has decently big rooms and you have parking in front of the hotel. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful.
The hotel itself is very old and needs renovation. Internet access is poor in the rooms at the far end.
